How do I open the XML file I downloaded from the BioTouch?

Using Windows Explorer, locate the file on the USB Memory Stick or on your computer hard drive, depending on where you saved it. Double click on the file. This should launch Excel and open the file.

Alternatively, you can start by launching Excel. Once Excel has started, select Open from the Excel menu. Navigate to where you saved the downloaded XML file. Double click on the file, or click to select the file and click the Open button.
